This 75,000 square foot addition to Indian Hill School adds space for 900 students. The addition includes a gymnasium/ cafeteria multi-purpose room (shared with the existing elementary), 24 new classrooms, 6 laboratory rooms, and chorus and band space.

The initial budget for the work was $11.2 million, but through a very competitive bidding process involving over 150 bidders the initial contract amount was just over $8.5 million.

This low bid allowed the district to accept several alternates and scope increases while still maintaining a substantial reserve.
