The first phase of work at Indian Hill was completed in 1997, when 8 new classrooms and a gymnasium were added to handle an influx of students.

GreenAssociates helped facilitate a partnership with the Round Lake Park District to provide additional funding for a full-size gym, large stage, and additional parking lot that serves both students and the community at large.

 

The second phase includes the addition of 75,000 square feet of space that will create a new middle school that is attached to the existing elementary.

By connecting the schools, they share centrally located gymnasiums, cafeterias, and multi-purpose space.  This allows the district to continue their 1-5/Sixth through Eighth grade levels while realizing the efficiencies of consolidated schools.
