Software Administrator /
IT Professional
(3-5 years)
We are looking to hire a Software Administrator and IT Professional to support our team's efforts. We are located in Itasca IL.
Purpose:
To leverage technology to enable staff to work efficiently. Collaborate with IT Manager and IT hardware consultant.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Software application implementation and administration.

Ability to learn industry-specific software for implementation and administration such as Autodesk and Adobe products
-
Active directory and Office 365 administration
-
Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint administration
-
Corporate wiki administration and development
-
Basic understanding of databases
-
Basic understanding of web programming and XML
-
Business process optimization in a Microsoft environment
-
Basic hardware configuration and support such as workstation setup and printer support.
-
Hardware is generally supported by our managed service provider, but some day to day support of hardware will be required.
-
Soft skills are equally important as technical skills, we are looking for a cooperative individual that is comfortable sharing their expertise, thoughts and ideas in a collaborative environment.

Project Architect
(5 – 12 years)
We have an immediate need for a talented Project Architect with strong technical abilities who is looking for a career path position. The job includes working with clients, team members and consultants.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to successfully lead a project team from project start up through completion.
Requirements Include:

Illinois License or actively pursuing licensure.

Architectural degree from accredited U.S. University

5-15 years experience

Educational project experience a plus

Fluent in Revit, Microsoft Office

Architectural Team Member (1-5 years)
Requirements Include:

Enrolled in IDP and actively pursuing licensure.

Educational and Municipal Project experience a plus.

Lumion Rendering/Presentation Software
Interior Design
Intern (0-5 years)
Location: Itasca, Illinois
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Interior Designer primarily, and architects on the project teams, to assist with a variety of drafting and design related tasks.
Soft skills are equally as important as technical skills, we are looking for a creative individual with excellent problem-solving skills, positive energy, and enthusiasm to learn and grow in a team environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 to 5 years of related industry experience required, preferably in an interior design firm.

Possesses interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-
Familiarity with space planning, commercial finishes and furnishings
-
Basic rendering skills
-
Proficiency with computer-assisted design software such as Revit, Photoshop, InDesign; MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities include:

Creating space planning and furniture layouts
-
Preparation of design presentations
-
Preparation of furniture and finish plans for construction documents
-
Selection of furniture and finishes
-
Production of furniture and finish packages
-
Assisting in developing design ideas and concepts
-
Correcting drawings red lined by others
-
Assistance in field verification and site details
-
Development of furniture budgets
-
Maintenance of materials library
-
Communicating and coordinating with vendors, consultants and contractors to keep projects moving smoothly
