Located in suburban DuPage County, Illinois, Gower School District 62 has a proud tradition of stable enrollment and strong academic achievement. To further enhance its curriculum and maintain its status as a forward-thinking learning community, the District undertook a comprehensive renovation and expansion of its two schools.

At Gower Middle School, exploratory programs in Industrial Technology, Art, and Consumer Science—along with three Science labs—were enlarged and modernized. The project also added an auxiliary gym and fitness room adjacent to the existing gym and locker rooms, while implementing life safety upgrades throughout the building.

At Gower West Elementary, the focus was on safety improvements and expanding early learning opportunities. Three existing classrooms were reimagined and transformed into two dedicated Early Childhood Center classrooms—better aligning facilities with the District’s academic mission.
