The utilization of cooperative purchasing allowed for a focused, value-driven approach. Utilizing the strength of your design team and construction management abilities, aggressive timelines were met and the District, in our opinion, had one of the strongest advocates we have been a part of. It is refreshing to see how a true partnership works when everyone is focused on the District as priority #1.

We brought GreenAssociates in because they are able to do playground projects and our current architect firm did not have that capacity. That was a year ago, and our newfound GreenAssociates architect, George Prosiliakos, has been a Godsend. By all accounts he has full support (design, engineering, etc.) from the office.
He was so on top of the playground project, that we have had him start doing other projects for us. His performance has been so outstanding that we are transitioning to him and GreenAssociates as our Architect of Record. Once our projects are completed with the previous architect, we will be working only with George and Green.

We had a plow truck back into a fire hydrant causing the hydrant to break at the saddle joint and have water flowing out uncontrollably. We had searched for schematics to locate the shutoffs to no avail.
I reached out to George to see if he was able to find something and he dropped whatever he was doing, located the as-builts, sent me a zoomed-in screenshot of the location as well as a digital copy of the site as-builts in a matter of minutes. This helped us to locate all shutoffs under the snow, (3 needed to be shut off) and stop the flow to the hydrant without having to shut off water to the building or having to call off school.
