First retained by the Lake County Tech Campus in 2011, we have been actively involved with many projects on their Grayslake campus, including:

 

Greenhouse Improvements

We developed the remodeling plans and activity schedule for the facility greenhouse.

Cosmetology

We conducted a planning, and programming study with department leaders, and then renovated the cosmetology department spaces according to the owner’s direction.

​

Auto Shop 

We made mechanical improvements to the Campus’ automotive area by designing a new building exhaust system for the auto body and exhaust repair class bays.

Summer 2024 Major Renovation 

• 25 new welding booths.

• A new classroom with a mezzanine above.

• Additional electrical work to power new equipment.

• Additional HVAC for new classroom in welding shop and to help with ventilation of welding machines.

• New welding equipment for students.

• 2 fully renovated single-user faculty restrooms.

• New ceiling tile, flooring, and wall base for the EMS classrooms.

• Partial demolition for one EMS classroom to allow for new wall construction.
