Oven Building
The oven building is a single-room structure built around two LePanyol wood-fired ovens constructed of refractory terra-cotta, reflecting the traditional origins of wood-fired baking. Additional wood-fired ovens are also located within the space.
The exterior is adorned with hand-cut stone, intricately detailed masonry, a Spanish clay tile roof, exposed stained cedar rafter tails, stained cedar headers, and stained cedar horizontal banding.
The interior features hand-cut random stone walls, cedar headers above the doors and windows, heavy timber cedar roof rafters, and stone flooring.
