George Prosiliakos with GreenAssociates designed an Orthodox Christian Seminary near the City of Huehuetenango Guatemala at a beautifully picturesque location roughly 7,200 feet above sea level.
The Seminary building will be used to train Seminarians to become Orthodox Priests and Bishops. The Seminary design included classrooms, sleeping rooms, restroom facilities, kitchen, dining hall, and various study areas. All rooms are accessed by an outdoor covered archway.
Thousands of Orthodox Christians from all over Guatemala and Southern Mexico visited for the grand opening celebration, and GreenAssociates was fortunate to be part of this historic event. Breathtaking views of the City of Huehuetenango and 12,000-foot-high mountain ranges are seen in the background.
