The Winnetka Park District hired GreenAssociates to conduct a facility survey and identify options for the renovation or replacement of the shelter in Hubbard Woods Park.

An analysis of functional, aesthetic, and maintenance concerns regarding the existing shelter led the Park District to consider a replacement facility.

GreenAssociates developed multiple options that incorporated functional requirements with an aesthetic appropriate for the historic district in which Hubbard Woods is located.
