As student enrollment increased at their early childhood levels, the District planned for the inevitable growth at their two elementary schools.  A four classroom addition was added to the Fairview Elementary School to accommodate this growth.  Similarly, four classrooms are under construction at the Lions Park Elementary School this year.

Updated finishes and colors create exciting learning environments for the students and staff.

The staff also appreciate the availability of digital boards and markerboards on multiple walls, including on the faces of tall cabinets, and the abundant storage provided.  

 

The school’s Multipurpose Room serves as a cafeteria, meeting room, afterschool location, and District 57 board room. The project also enlarged the room to provide a larger eating area, a flexible-use room divided by an operable wall, updated finishes, as well as needed lunch table storage space.
