Millburn Community Consolidated School District 24

GreenAssociates began working with District 24 in 2003 to program and design a new K-8 school for 720 students.

The new 120,000 square foot facility will provide space for Millburn’s rapidly growing student population that has already begun to outgrow the 1999 addition to Millburn school.

The current competitive bid market attracted nine very qualified bidders who were all within 7.5% of the low bid, with the four lowest bidders clustered within 1.1%.

The low bid of $13,910,000 included three alternates that increased the scope of the project while still maintaining the $14 million budget.
